Key Responsibilities

  • Develop
    hardsell content
    (ads, reels, TikTok Ads, persuasive captions) to generate conversions.
  • Produce
    UGC-style content
    (reviews, unboxing, tutorials, testimonials) to build trust and authenticity.
  • Act as talent in content creation when required.
  • Create scripts and concepts based on marketing briefs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team for campaign execution.
  • Research content trends, hashtags, and creative formats to stay relevant.
  • Track and analyze content performance (engagement, CTR, conversion).
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of basic marketing and persuasive copywriting (AIDA, CTA, funnel).
  • Proficient in producing and editing various content formats (short videos, reels, TikTok, carousels).
  • Skilled in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
  • Creative and up-to-date with digital content trends (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
  • Strong storytelling ability, able to deliver authentic and engaging narratives.
  • Confident in front of the camera (preferred).
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and meet targets.
