Job Description:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with overall marketing goals
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools; generate reports and insights to optimize strategy
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret real-time and post-event data from live streaming platforms
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewer retention, engagement rates, click-throughs, chat activity, bitrate quality, and drop-off points
  • Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders to visualize performance trends and insights
  • Identify patterns in audience behavior and make recommendations to improve stream effectiveness
  • Monitor technical streaming health metrics (buffering, frame drop rates, resolution consistency, etc.)
  • Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

  • Majoring in communication, digital marketing or any related major
  • Min. 1 year experience of Digital Marketing and/or Social Media
  • Aware with Social Media & Live Stream Dashboard (All Platform)
  • Have a good analytical skill
  • Have a good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Willing to work in Meruya, West Jakarta
