Job Description
- Lead and manage key projects and initiatives related to merchant quality, business operations, and BD team process improvements within ShopeeFood to drive BD KPI achievement.
- Act as a bridge / main contact point between the Product team and Business Development team for any product/business improvement, able identifying process gaps and proposing practical, actionable solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Merchant/Driver Operations, Legal, Finance, and Tax) to ensure timely execution of project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor performance and quantify impact, providing clear visibility and structured report on project outcomes.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities related to overall merchant lifecycle, Shopee Partner App, API Integration to ensure sustainable merchant growth.
- Support the design, rollout, and internal communication of new features, playbooks, and SOP guidelines to ensure smooth adoption across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Process Improvement, Project/Product Management (fresh graduates with strong skills will also be considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, data analysis) and Microsoft Powerpoint (able to highlight insights with tables/charts on slides)
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, and result-focused.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical suggestions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the F&B industry or F&B Merchant will be a plus.
- Knowledge of the API integration or product/feature in food delivery platforms will be a plus.
