About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manual professional with at least two years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring product quality and accuracy through effective manual testing processes, contributing to the delivery of reliable systems and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing for mobile applications to ensure functionality and quality.
- Conduct API testing and perform database queries (e.g., SELECT data, JOIN functions).
- Analyze data, calculation results, and reports to identify and document defects.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate testing documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Manual, preferably in mobile testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in API testing and database querying (basic SQL operations).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent administrative, detail-oriented, and time management abilities.
- Good understanding of life insurance products is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
