- Conduct surveys and update data on project area conditions.
- Ensure the legality of documents and permits for project implementation.
- Prepare and hold meetings and agreements with relevant parties.
- Coordinate with all relevant parties as a follow-up to project implementation.
- Understand fiber optic network telecommunications infrastructure (backbone/feeder, distribution, last mile regular FTTH clients).
