Job Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with client communication, order follow-ups, quotation preparation, and related documentation.
Handle basic administrative tasks including document filing, contract organization, meeting arrangements, reimbursements, and procurement support.
Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks such as office supplies, simple errands, and handling government or chamber-related paperwork.
Join business trips when required and serve as an on-site interpreter between Chinese and Indonesian.
Liaise with local suppliers, channel partners, and other external parties in Indonesia.
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to ensure smooth communication with the China-based team.
Diploma degree or above, major not restricted.
Detail oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Prior experience in sales assistance, administrative support, or operations support is preferred.
Proficient in basic office software (Excel, Word, Email).
Able to work in a multi-tasking environment within a small to mid-sized team; proactive with strong learning ability.
Willing to travel occasionally based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to communicate in English or other regional Indonesian languages/dialects.
Experience in technology, e-commerce, security, or smart home industries.
Possess a driving license or able to handle outdoor tasks independently.
