Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with client communication, order follow-ups, quotation preparation, and related documentation.

  • Handle basic administrative tasks including document filing, contract organization, meeting arrangements, reimbursements, and procurement support.

  • Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks such as office supplies, simple errands, and handling government or chamber-related paperwork.

  • Join business trips when required and serve as an on-site interpreter between Chinese and Indonesian.

  • Liaise with local suppliers, channel partners, and other external parties in Indonesia.

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to ensure smooth communication with the China-based team.

  • Diploma degree or above, major not restricted.

  • Detail oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Prior experience in sales assistance, administrative support, or operations support is preferred.

  • Proficient in basic office software (Excel, Word, Email).

  • Able to work in a multi-tasking environment within a small to mid-sized team; proactive with strong learning ability.

  • Willing to travel occasionally based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate in English or other regional Indonesian languages/dialects.

  • Experience in technology, e-commerce, security, or smart home industries.

  • Possess a driving license or able to handle outdoor tasks independently.
