Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Oranger Management Manager, located in Gambir. The Mobile Oranger Management Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of mobile agents (orangers). Daily tasks include developing operational strategies, monitoring field team performance, coordinating logistics requirements, and analyzing data to optimize the deployment of resources. The role also involves setting performance targets, ensuring service quality, and maintaining strong relationships with team members and other stakeholders.
