Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Bekasi. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, maintain regular communication, and act as the primary point of contact. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, monitoring account performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth. This role allows flexibility for partial remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
