Bachelor's degree from IT (Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.)
Min 2-3 years of experience as developer
Good communication in English, both spoken and written
Holds Japanese Language Proficiency test (JLPT) N5/N4/N3
Placement in Japan
Willing to participate in a six-months Japanese language training program prior to placement at the client
Has a strong willingness to learn, adaptable, and ready to face global challenges
