As we continue expanding, we are looking for a 
Purchase Manager / Purchase Supervisor
 to strengthen our team.

The Role

This is a critical position within our organization. We need someone who is 
responsible, committed, organized, and proactive
. A professional who is 
hands-on
, solution-driven, and able to manage suppliers and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

You will be the bridge between suppliers, production, R&D, QC, and finance—ensuring that materials, timelines, and quality are in perfect alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and audit strong relationships with suppliers
  • Ensure timely follow-up of materials, production statuses, and deliveries
  • Prepare, review, and organize purchase orders, payment plans, and schedules
  • Coordinate closely with R&D, Sales, Production, and Finance to ensure smooth operations
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality with suppliers
  • Conduct supplier visits and travel when necessary
  • Maintain accurate reporting and weekly updates directly to the Director
  • Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving in the purchasing workflow
  • Support cost analysis and support strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Data and cost analysis /

Required Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree (S1)
 in:

Supply Chain Management

Business Administration / Management

Industrial Engineering

Logistics Management

International Business

Operations Management

Manufacturing / Production Engineering

Economics

Job Requirements

Professional

  • Minimum 3 years of experience
     in Purchasing (preferably manufacturing, furniture, or similar industries)
  • Perfect English
     — written and spoken (non-negotiable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (able to express ideas clearly, not shy)
  • Skilled in negotiation, cost understanding, and vendor management
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities
  • Confident in cross-department coordination
  • Critical thinker with high attention to detail
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Adaptability to travel locally for supplier visits
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
