Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the DS. Support team, ensuring KPI performance achievement across sales operations and organization support.
  • Drive process innovation, efficiency, and standardization in sales support activities across HQ and branches.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with sales department objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, activation, and evaluation of Health Planners (HP), HM, SM, and GM (All Levels of Organization)  in collaboration with DST (Organization).
  • Manage corporate support functions, including booth performance, B2B requisitions, and sales orders verification processes.
  • Provide regular reporting on team performance, sales support operations, and proposed budget utilization.
  • Ensure coordination and collaboration with DS. Planning and DS. Organization teams for seamless sales operations.

Team & Scope of Work

  • Supervise functions including:

  • Operation Management (Branch & HQ sales admin, SOP management, demo tools, booth organization)

  • Corporate & B2B Support (Corporate requisitions, sales verification, performance reporting)
  • Org. Management (Recruitment, activation, promotion/demotion programs, evaluation)
  • Branch Sales Admin across regional offices (Bandung, Medan, Surabaya, Semarang, etc.)

Ad-Hoc & Leadership Duties

  • Act as team coach and mentor, developing second liners and ensuring role coverage for absent/vacant positions.
  • Represent DS. Support in cross-department collaboration and project initiatives.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to strengthen sales support and organization management.
  • Supporting for any relocation/improvements of sales office place/organization meeting point.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Weekly & monthly DST performance reports.
  • Verified and accurate operational reports from branches (sales orders, SLA, corporate issues).
  • Monthly DST KPI Meeting facilitation.
  • Coaching and performance review of DST Organization team.
  • Continuous process improvements in DST support functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations, business support, or organizational management and development.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams with diverse roles (sales admin, performance analysis, corporate support, etc.).
  • Experience in direct selling, FMCG, or similar industries is a strong advantage.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop team members.

  • Analytical mindset with expertise in KPI monitoring, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong process improvement and innovation skills, with the ability to streamline sales operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills & collaboration skills for cross-department coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (dashboard/BI preferred).
  • Problem-solving ability with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
