Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years in project coordination, logistics, or supply chain management.
Experience with telecommunications equipment (ONT, STB, NTE) preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with working knowledge of material control and delivery processes.
Strong analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end NTE supply projects, including ONT and STB, from PO receipt to customer acceptance, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with project requirements
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Material Control, Logistics, and Customer representatives at various operational levels.
Prepare, issue and monitor all delivery documentation, including delivery orders and delivery transfers.
Monitor shipment progress, anticipate potential delays and implement effective solutions to maintain delivery timelines.
Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure timely delivery and acceptance.
Maintain accurate project documentation and databases to support reporting and traceability requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in delivery processes and project coordination practices
