Key Responsibilities
• Lead overall project management and governance for the Managed Service workstream.
• Drive the implementation of recommended initiatives
• Conduct assessments of current campaign processes for Early Month on Book and Dormancy campaigns through interviews and documentation reviews.
• Develop tactical campaigns to increase card usage for both domestic and cross-border transactions.
• Create and maintain a campaign and communication roadmap for Early Month on Book and Dormant campaigns.
• Develop campaign concepts, briefs, and budgets
• Design campaign structures/reward constructs to achieve defined objectives.
• Act as PMO lead, ensuring campaigns are implemented effectively in collaboration with internal and external marketing communication teams.
• Review existing retention strategies and support the development of new initiatives to improve retention rates.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in payments, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong background in campaign development, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred)
