About the role
As a Sales Project Manager at Midea Electronics Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales projects and initiatives. This full-time position is based in central Jakarta, with opportunities to contribute to the company's growth and expansion within the Indonesian market.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve project goals and targets
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Participate in the development and execution of sales-related training programs for the team
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in a sales management or project management role, preferably within the consumer electronics or retail industry
- Strong understanding of sales and project management principles, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proficient in data analysis and performance monitoring, with the ability to identify and implement data-driven solutions
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
