RESPONSIBILITIES
- Logistics & Flow: Oversee the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse, from receiving to shipping.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse systems.
- Facility & Safety: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety procedures.
- Operational Improvement: Analyze operations, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Personnel Management: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
- Data & Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on KPIs and warehouse expenses.
- Liaison & Communication: Coordinate with suppliers, transport partners, and internal departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related IT tools.
- Experienced in inventory control and logistics procedures.
- Willing to work fully WFO at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
