Role Purpose
The Solutions Consultant acts as a technical bridge between the Sales/Business Development team and the Engineering team. This role is responsible for understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions based on the company's messaging products (such as WhatsApp Business API, Chatbot, and Omnichannel Messaging), and ensuring smooth and successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales team in presenting and explaining technical solutions to clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible solution designs.
- Create technical proposals, presentations, and system architecture diagrams.
Conduct product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth system integration and delivery.
- Act as a bridge between the client and the technical team during implementation.
- Test system functionality (API, webhook, delivery reports) before project launch.
Help resolve any technical issues or integration challenges.
Provide product training and basic system guidance to clients.
- Monitor solution performance and suggest improvements.
Identify new opportunities for upselling or expanding client usage.
Share client feedback with the Product and Engineering teams.
- Help improve documentation, process standards, and solution templates.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Engineering, preferably in Messaging Platforms, SaaS, or IT/Telco industries.
- Prior experience with WhatsApp Business API, Chatbot, or Omnichannel Messaging Solutions is a strong plus.
- Ability to design solution architectures integrating CRM, chatbot, e-commerce, or ticketing systems.
- Proficient in using Postman, API documentation tools, and basic log analysis.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for documentation and proposals.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Able to collaborate effectively across departments (Sales, Product, Technical, and Client).
- Adaptive to new technologies and digital communication trends.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
