Requirements:
Possess and able to manage end-to-end ownership of one or more digital products.
Capable of developing and maintaining the product vision, roadmap, and product goals.
Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog.
Able to make decisions during sprint planning and delivery processes.
Ensure that sprints are executed in alignment with the product's direction and objectives.
Perform backlog grooming and ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
Able to maintain the quality of the team's output and foster good collaboration.
