Job Description
- Propose optimization and improvement suggestions based on departmental business processes
- Organize solutions to common problems, update knowledge bases or FAQs, and improve self-service efficiency.
- Communicate with marketing, operations, network management, operation and maintenance departments to promote the resolution of complex problems or demand feedback.
