Job description

●      Network: Has existing contacts/network in the domain of government & social sector

●      Deal process: Able to understand and handle deal process such as contract, proposal, tender with reasonable financial & commercial consideration

●      Government process: Able to understand and handle government administrative and budgeting cycle

●      Partnership: Able to understand partnership possibility and follow-up accordingly, especially the administrative aspects

●      Follow-up & account management: able to determine the right approach in handling existing deals & account, and follow-up all required admin requirements

●      Process improvement: able to analyze existing internal and external processes, and drive practical ideas to improve or expedite existing processes

Job requirement

●      Working experience: 6-10 years

●      Preferably, has exposure in coordinating team (coordination or project management role is acceptable)

●      Experience / evidence in opening, managing, following-up business deals / opportunities

●      Proven experience in understanding and handling government administrative processes

●     Bachelor degree, preferably in business/management, marketing or administrative degree

Opening 2: Commercial Admin Staff - Data Science & Digital

Job description

●      Network: Has existing contacts/network in the domain of corporate/enterprises and technology sectors

●      Deal process: Able to understand and handle deal process such as contract, proposal, tender with reasonable financial & commercial consideration

●      Corporate commercial process: Able to understand and handle corporate procurement, administrative and budgeting process

●      Technology exposure: has pure passion in exploring and understanding data, digital, AI and software related solutions, and able to relate it to commercial administrative follow-up

●      Partnership: Able to understand partnership possibility and follow-up accordingly, especially the administrative aspects

●      Follow-up & account management: able to determine the right approach in handling existing deals & account, and follow-up all required admin requirements

●      Process improvement: able to analyze existing internal and external processes, and drive practical ideas to improve or expedite existing processes

Job requirement

●      Working experience: 4-8 years

●      Preferably, has exposure in coordinating team (coordination or project management role is acceptable)

●      Experience / evidence in opening, managing, following-up business deals / opportunities

●      Proven experience in understanding and handling corporate deal / commercial requirement, especially in the context of data, digital product and technology solutions

●      Bachelor degree, preferably in business/management, marketing, administrative, computer science degree
