Responsibilities:

Supervise engineering, maintenance, and utility operations (HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, WTP, etc.).
Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and team performance.
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, BPOM, K3, and other relevant regulations.
Lead improvement initiatives in energy efficiency and automation.
Develop and maintain maintenance SOPs and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

Min. Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Refrigeration Engineering.
Min. 7 years' experience, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong technical knowledge in industrial machinery and utilities.
Leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Familiar with industry standards (GMP, ISO, BPOM, etc.).
