About GoasayaGoasaya is a luxury dining concept merging cultural depth with modern gastronomy — set to open this November in PIK 2. We're seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead our kitchen, finalize our menu, and bring the Goasaya culinary experience to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations (menu development, preparation, hygiene, inventory).
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
  • Work with management to finalize recipes, plating, and photoshoot preparation.
  • Control food cost, quality, and kitchen efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety (SOP, HACCP).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Head Chef / Executive Sous Chef in premium dining.
  • Strong background in Indonesian or Asian contemporary cuisine.
  • Leadership, creativity, and discipline under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork with FOH & management.
  • Available to start immediately in PIK 2.
