Position: Warehouse & Purchasing Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive purchase requests from each outlet and ensure the availability of goods according to needs.

  • Review purchase schedules, confirm orders, and compare prices and shipping costs from various vendors to obtain the best deal.

  • Submit payment requests to the finance department for each purchase.

  • Ensure orders arrive on schedule and verify that the items match the purchase request list.

  • Create and update goods receipt reports and input purchase invoices into the company's database.

  • Manage warehouse inventory and conduct regular stock opname.

  • Coordinate with the field team regarding goods receipt and distribution.

  • Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure procurement quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Familiar with online purchasing and possesses strong negotiation skills.

  • Able to collaborate with the field team regarding goods receipt and resolve arising issues.

  • Capable of building good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

  • Skilled in preparing procurement reports and presentations related to inventory management.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and inventory management systems.
