We're now looking for Loyalty Program & Market Insight Senior Manager
for one of our Company in FKS Group.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead, design, and develop effective and sustainable customer loyalty program strategies to improve customer retention, strengthen customer relationships with the company, analyzing customer behavior data, and drive revenue growth through increased engagement and repeat business.
Responsibilities =
- Develop and implement customer loyalty program strategies.
- Manage and optimize program execution to maximize effectiveness.
- Analyze customer data to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless program integration.
- Innovate loyalty programs and adopt new technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the loyalty team.
- Track program performance through KPIs and regular reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and vendors.
- Oversee program budget and ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct competitor analysis on pricing, product offerings, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Qualifications =
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in customer loyalty program management, CRM, customer experience, or marketing strategy, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in market research, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize loyalty or customer engagement programs.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in building and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify market trends, monitor competitors, and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Preferably having experiences in Food Industry/ B2B Food Industry/ FMCG.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work under-pressure and fast-pace environment.
