Responsibilities:
- Safe operation of the equipment and for stopping activities in the event of an unsafe condition, including to take emergency actions to safeguard equipment's, process and people.
- Monitor & control plant performance parameters on injections as per SOP.
- Operate injection line to ensure rated production, including ensuring the related 5S in the machine area, and create relevant record sheet and report.
- Manage line operators by giving proper instruction to move finished products to weighing station and subsequent to that to Finished Goods warehouse
- Issue Maintenance report to maintenance department for maintenance related issues
Requirements :
- Diploma/ bachelor's degree in engineering, preferred from Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 years experience in injection line, knowledge in PVC injection line or plastic industry.
- Operating knowledge of rotating equipment, injection machine and other utility systems.
- Understanding and knowledge of HSE.
- Knowledge of material PVC injection.
- Willing placed in Batang, Central Java
- Basic English skill
