Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis within a manufacturing environment, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely plant financial analysis reports to provide clear visibility into the performance of each business unit.
- Conduct variance analysis against budget and rolling forecasts, and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with operations to analyze the end-to-end production process, identify cost-saving opportunities, and track the impact of implemented improvements.
- Perform in-depth analysis of cost structures to uncover risks and opportunities, and deliver regular reports on cost and expense management.
- Lead cost standardization efforts and continuously improve the cost control and management processes.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and support ongoing budget monitoring and management activities.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and other assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or cost control within a manufacturing plant environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), BI tools, and SAP system.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Willing to be placed in Cikande, Kab. Serang.
