We are looking for a
Collection Specialist
to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring effective and timely collection of
Accounts Receivable (AR)
across multiple branches, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage outstanding AR across assigned branches.
- Contact customers (via phone, email, or visits) to follow up on overdue payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
- Work closely with branch teams to ensure timely billing and accurate documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance and aging analysis.
- Support implementation of credit and collection policies to minimize bad debts.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in
collections, banking, or financial services
. - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts across different branches.
- Familiarity with AR systems and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel to branches when required.
- Available to work on Saturdays (half day).
