Job Descriptions :
- Arranging & directing visual merchandising strategy included creating new planogram format, Merchandising or New idea
- Assuring visual merchandising standards are aligned for all stores in region.
- Creating display planning & guideline for every NPI (New Product Introduction).
- Reviewing approval for all design, signage, & layout display.
- Coordinating regularly with principle from weekly meeting to align strategy & implementation of visual merchandising
- Coordinating with Internal Marketing team and Infra Store Team, Category Management, Channel Management to align with visual merchandising concept.
- Assuring project collaboration among divisions to increase customer experience (Low Mid Value Proposition, Omni Channel and Attachment Rate Accs)
- Visiting store to monitor implementation is aligned with standards
- Creating & managing Visual Merchandising budget.
- Reviewing Visual Merchandising budget regularly to assure effectivity & accountability.
- Conducting one on one performance review with team members.
- Giving guidance daily / weekly related to job assignment & target.
Job Requirements :
- Preferably talents who studied Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Architecture.
- Has Minimal 8 years working experience with 4-5 years experience in managerial role.
- Has exposure related to OOH, Inmall branding,Store Presentation, Display Planogram.
- Strong English communication (oral & written).
- Coming from Retail Electronic, Fashion, Gadget, Accessories is preferably.
- Able to work under pressure, good teamwork & good interpersonal skill.
- Willing to mobile / travel.
