2. Support and ensure teaching learning operations (class distributions, student-teacher attendances, etc.)
3. Provide assistance and information on product features.
4. Support and ensure information of learning process services.

Job Requirements:
1. Relevant bachelor's degree
2. Former business / operations / sales experience preferred
3. Good understanding of business metrics and KPIs
4. Good time-management skills, Great interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
