As a key member of our Sales Department, reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be the face of Minimax in Indonesia, building relationships, driving sales, and delivering outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
- The emphasis is on building and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
- Manages the entire order process, from quotation to delivery.
- Supports customers throughout education, training, and demonstration sessions.
- Follows trends and developments in the market and tries to respond on them.
- Actively seeks new collaborations by establishing and maintaining customer relationships or partnerships.
- Represents the company at fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and discussions focused on gathering, showcasing, and sharing knowledge.
- Develops a sales plan, prepares sales budgets and forecasts, and closely tracks their execution..
- Drives the development and execution of effective strategic sales plans, with a clear focus on sales goals and actionable short- and long-term initiatives.
- Identifies market gaps, monitors competitors' products, and stays updated on trends and opportunities.
- Provides sales and market analysis, tracking developments and reporting findings.
Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least several successful years of experience in medical device sales
- Knowledge of the industry, market and technical expertise are a plus
- Knowledge of the Gastro Proctology market is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP systems and Microsoft Office
