Job Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Shopee Mall/Seller Center and TikTok Shop, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, keywords, and high-quality visuals.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and platform-specific events.
- Monitor and optimize product visibility through platform SEO, keyword targeting, and TikTok content integration.
- Collaborate with influencers/creators to drive TikTok Shop sales through affiliate marketing and live streaming campaigns.
- Track sales performance, campaign ROI, and customer engagement using Shopee Analytics and TikTok Seller Center tools.
- Manage store vouchers, discounts, and marketing budget allocations effectively.
- Handle order fulfillment coordination, logistics monitoring, and ensure smooth customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews to maintain store rating and reputation.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging TikTok content and Shopee banners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in managing Shopee and/or TikTok Shop stores.
- Familiarity with Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Seller Center, and platform algorithms.
- Knowledge of TikTok content trends, influencer marketing, and live-selling strategies.
- Strong skills in data analysis, sales reporting, and ROI measurement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Creative mindset with ability to develop viral product content strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), influencers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns at once.
- Experience in SEO, PPC, and online advertising for marketplace optimization (a plus).
