Description:

Achieve sales targets by promoting English 1 courses and other English 1 programs.
Build strong relationships and trust with customers, maintain good relationships, and obtain referrals.
Communicate effectively with parents about courses, programs, and other English 1-related information.
Invite and provide consultations to customers about their needs and interests, developing suitable study plans during consultations.
Determine the most appropriate program for customers and work towards achieving sales targets.
Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside the center.
Handle administrative tasks and other operational responsibilities assigned by the company as needed.

Have the ability to conduct effective sales and generate transactions.
Able to control emotions and manage stress well.
Possess a good attitude, work hard, and have emotional intelligence and enthusiasm.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Willing to work on weekends especially for mall placements (with days off between Monday and Friday).
Experience in sales or the education industry is an advantage.
Good command of the English language. Willing to be placed in any of our Surabaya centers and understand the working hours for mall placements.
