Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents.
  • Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for mechanical systems.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor the installation and progress of mechanical systems.
  • Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders.
  • Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning.
  • Select appropriate materials and equipment for mechanical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Able to understand Engineering drawings and perform basic engineering calculations, design, etc.
  • Coordinate the safety management system on site.
  • Ensure all mechanical systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Follow up and reporting on the project progress.
  • All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Recognized Diploma or Degree in related field of studies.
  • Possess 3 to 5 years relevant experience in the local Construction Engineering industry. Including manufacturing plant construction, Data Centre fit-out works, etc.
  • Outgoing with strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact effectively with Clients, Consultants, project members and managers at all levels.
  • The candidate must be Indonesian.
  • Able to communicate in English
