Sales Team Leader
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for developing the sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that enable the business to consistently meet and exceed its sales targets.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage the overall running of the sales team
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Foster a positive and high-performance team culture
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Monitor and track team progress against sales goals, adjusting tactics as necessary
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure that team members capitalize on them
- Ensure the team is using CRM and other sales tools effectively
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, sales activities, and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role in Property Developer (landed house), with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
