Your role and responsibilities
Drives service sales process in collaboration with the Service Sales Manager and/or Service Manager. Generates service sales opportunities and secures profitable sales within the designated area(s). Focuses on Installed Base (IB) penetration (IB) and sells the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units. Builds long-term customer relationships and ensures immediate response to specific customer needs and issues

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Division (PAEN) in Indonesia.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drives penetration into Installed Base (IB) by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added service solutions that benefit both customers and ABB
- Develops and executes sales plans aligned with channel strategy, pricing, and recovery actions, leveraging IB data to identify new service opportunities
- Expands ABB's service footprint by marketing and selling the full service portfolio, generating leads, and exploring new market trends and offerings
- Builds long-term customer relationships through deep technical expertise, tailored service solutions, and a strong focus on Life Cycle Management (LCM).
Qualifications for the role
- Degree in bachelor engineering in physics, electrical and mechanical
- You are immersed in sales force, service and internal tools and the oil and gas, petrochemical and power generation market
- You have minimum 8-10 years years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical and power generation as sales and/or business development with automation, control and digital)
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Automation, DCS, SCADA
- You are innovative around value add selling, negotiation, technical, people management
- You are at ease communicating in English and Bahasa Indonesia
