Job Descriptions:
The IT Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, assets, and infrastructure within the company. This role includes managing IT documentation, monitoring and maintaining hardware, software, networks, and other IT assets, as well as handling troubleshooting and user complaints. The IT Supervisor will oversee network installation and configuration, implement data backup and recovery, and ensure all IT operations comply with company policies. Additionally, this role is accountable for monitoring IT infrastructure performance, maintaining user accounts and emails, and providing effective solutions to technical issues.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT)
- 4+ years of experience in an IT supervisor position
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Proficient in hardware details of laptops, PCs, printers, scanners, peripheral equipment, mobile devices, iPads
- Having Understanding and Experience in Network Infrastructure, Network Management, VLAN, IT Security, Data Backup, Network Access Storage (NAS), as well as Active Directory (AD), Data Lost Prevention (DLP)
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
