Job Description: As an HR Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, handling a wide range of HR-related functions and generalist tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to the overall success of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Support performance management processes and conduct employee evaluations.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure effective communication between HR and other departments.
  • Willing to travel on business as needed by the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
