Job Description: As an HR Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, handling a wide range of HR-related functions and generalist tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to the overall success of our HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support performance management processes and conduct employee evaluations.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure effective communication between HR and other departments.
- Willing to travel on business as needed by the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
