Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop creative concepts for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and graphics aligned with brand identity.
- Write compelling copy for social media captions, blog posts, and other content formats.
- Produce high-quality visual content using photography, videography, or design tools.
- Stay updated on current trends and popular social media formats to create engaging content.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media calendars across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
- Schedule and publish content according to a planned strategy
- Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally
- Run social media campaigns and contests to increase engagement
Community Building:
- Identify and engage with key influencers and target audiences on social media
- Foster conversations and build relationships with followers to cultivate a strong community
- Respond to customer feedback and address concerns on social media
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement metrics, and ROI
- Analyze data to identify trends and make informed adjustments to social media strategy
Required Skills:
- Communication degree ( advertising, marcomm , /visual arts or a related field in preffered).
- Creative Writing:
Strong ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy for different social media platforms - Visual Design:
Proficiency in photo editing, graphic design software, or video editing tools - Social Media Platforms:
Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices - Analytics Interpretation:
Ability to analyze data from social media platforms to measure campaign success - Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with audiences
