Kualifikasi:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling commercial negotiation with customers including negotiation of price, terms and conditions, and Warranty claim disputes. - Responsible for responding to inquiry / requests on customers' Product Support needs, coordinating with Parts, Service, and EM division to support Customers' needs. - Responsible for gathering, assessing, prioritizing and following up on leads (incl. from OLGA) and convert those leads to Sales. -Responsible for informing Sales Manager/ Supervisor on changes to Customer's Machine location and maintenance plan. - Responsible for raising forecast for committed demand stocking based on Customer's needs. -Responsible for resolving AR disputes (e.g., due to documentation issues) for transactions at the Branch. - Responsible for inspecting equipment, create visit report and update customer MEP database. -Responsible for developing customer visit plan, visit customers face-to-face at branch and build relationships with decision- makers to understand their needs and business goals. -Accountable for ensuring committed demand forecast is accurate and changes on forecast communicated. - Accountable for ensuring accuracy of sales document (e.g., PO) and follow up with customers to resolve discrepancy. -Accountable for ensuring standardized treatments and offerings across accounts. - Accountable for managing Customer transaction journey from lead-to-cash (e.g., receiving PO, giving customers updates on order status). -Accountable for ensuring achievement of PS Sales target and manage relationship with the assigned accounts.

The opportunity

We are looking someone good in implement, conduct, and manage sales & marketing activities to achieve KPI target within company regulation, company policy and QEHS.

How you'll spend your day

  • To visit and perform detailing to Healthcare Professionals in order to develop and maintain good relationship with medical communities, marketing activities that support Actavis product in medical institutions in related area, and always keep update with related data to ensure the products awareness and existence.
  • To maintain and always keep update with medical and product knowledge to increase Actavis products awareness and to ensure that they are able to deliver appropriate product information.
  • To have deep understanding of company compliance policies and implement it in the marketing program activities.
  • To monitor the competitor activities, products availability, and coordinate with distributors to ensure marketing program effectiveness.
  • When required, together with Medical Affairs in continuing and following up HCP complaints related to the drugs safety monitoring and to assist QA department in following up the customer complaints in relation to the products quality in order to ensure the Actavis product quality and to improve customer services.
  • Ensure the compliances to the QEHS procedure, regulations and company policy.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma Degree (majoring: Chemical or Pharmacy) or any related major
  • 1-2 years experiences in medical sales representative with ethical products handle in neuro, internist, pulmo would be great
  • Experiences handling JKN, e-catalogue and ethical products
  • Familiar with Cirebon area covered
  • A fast learner and quick adapt
  • Computer Literacy : Excel and passive English
