Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
Follow trends in the interior design industry and actively learn to stay up-to-date with best practices.
Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase, including preparing and managing quotations.
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that align with their vision and budget.
Prepare sketches or other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to clients.
Communicate with clients throughout the project to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
Ensure that design proposals are compelling, practical, and aligned with both client expectations and business objectives, contributing to overall project success.
Play an active role in supporting business growth by ensuring design solutions meet both creative and commercial goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain current knowledge of trends, materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job req

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a reputable university.
Minimum GPA 3.30.
1-2 years of experience in the interior design field.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic.
Fast learner and able to conduct market research independently.
Demonstrated ability to execute projects effectively.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Advanced attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively.
Ability to present design concepts persuasively and align them with business goals, ensuring impactful project outcomes.
A results-driven mindset with an understanding of how design contributes to overall business performance.
