Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management or Marketing (Psychology or related fields also considered).
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, especially in B2B or partnership-based sales.
- Good understanding of public training sales (experience in assessment tools is added value).
- Experience working with corporate clients or government institutions.
- Familiar with sales processes involving proposals, tenders, and multiple stakeholders.
- Has led a team or worked closely with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable analyzing sales data and improving processes.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets
Develop and meet sales targets for public training programs, including participant numbers and revenue goals. - Generate and Convert Leads
Identify potential individual and corporate clients, manage the sales pipeline, and convert leads into participants. - Plan and Execute Sales Campaigns
Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional campaigns across digital and offline channels. - Deliver Effective Sales Communication
Create and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and product knowledge to prospective clients. - Maintain Client Relationships
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Coordinate with Internal Teams
Work closely with the program, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless training experience. - Monitor and Report Performance
Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to improve strategy and execution.
