Key Responsibilities:

  • Player Training & Development

  • Conduct individual and group coaching sessions (beginner to advanced levels).

  • Develop players' technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills.
  • Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to players.
  • Academy Programs & Curriculum

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining Avion's padel training curriculum.

  • Support kids', junior, and adult training programs in line with club goals.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all training sessions.
  • Tournaments & Events

  • Support in organizing internal and external tournaments.

  • Accompany and prepare players for competitions.
  • Actively participate in promotional events, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Administration & Coordination

  • Record and report coaching hours and player attendance.

  • Coordinate with admin and operations teams for schedules and court bookings.
  • Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe, organized training environment.
  • Professional Conduct

  • Demonstrate professionalism and serve as a role model for players.

  • Uphold Avion's values of sportsmanship, discipline, and teamwork.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members, colleagues, and management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a padel or tennis coach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of padel techniques and game strategy.
  • Responsible, disciplined, and a team player.

Working Conditions:

  • Based on Avion Sports Center's operational schedule.
  • Must be available on weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Willing to participate in tournaments, events, or business travel as needed.
