Position: Director of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve resort revenue goals.
- Direct and manage all sales, marketing, and public relations activities to maximize brand exposure.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the departmental budget, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives are cost-effective.
- Mentor and develop the sales and marketing team to build a high-performance culture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role within a luxury resort.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury travel market in Southeast Asia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
