Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at Gambir. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient and effective processes, develop and implement operational strategies, monitor performance metrics, and maintain quality control across outlets. The role also involves coordinating between various departments, managing budgets, and striving for operational excellence to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of operations management, process improvement, and quality control
  • Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
  • Proven ability to monitor and analyze performance metrics
  • Skills in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Jakarta
  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
