Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves generating sales reports, collaborating with other departments to align sales strategies, and training and mentoring junior sales staff. Additionally, the Sales Manager will participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the hotel.

  • Experience in Market Research and Analyzing Market Trends
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
