About the role

PT Young Indonesia Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented STAFF PURCHASING IMPORT to join our dynamic procurement team. This full-time position is based in Green Lake Tangerang Banten and will play a crucial role in managing our international purchasing and inventory operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for goods purchase (import) process.
  • Communication with Forwarding for import process, PIB, custom clearance and checking shipping documents, etc.
  • Responsible for preparing import documentation in accordance with Customs regulations and requirements.
  • Understand and stay up to date with import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements relevant to the company's operations.
  • Searching for the best suppliers for comparison.
  • Monitoring PO and delivery schedule from supplier and Customer,
  • Monitor AR and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely invoicing.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties (customer/shipping/suppliers) to ensure the delivery and other related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Have experience to process LS and PI.
  • Develop and maintain filing system.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

What we're looking for

  • Hold Diploma or bachelor's degree from management, communication, economic equivalent from reputable university.
  • Proficient using Ms. Office (esp. MS Excel).
  • Business English proficiency (coordinate with foreigners).
  • Able to multi task, meticulous, good communication, organized, and good coordination skill.
  • Active and initiative person, able to work in team and independently.
  • Having experience in Exim or same position minimum 1 year.
  • Understand to customs clearance process at port is a must.
  • Able to join immediately preferred
