Responsibilities:
- Process inbound and outbound payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all transactions.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, investigating any discrepancies and ensuring accounts are balanced.
- Assist in updating and maintaining daily bank reports, providing accurate cash flow and banking information to management.
- Ensure all payment-related documentation is properly filed and maintained for audit purposes.
- Assist with monthly closing activities, including preparation of reconciliations and supporting financial data.
- Coordinate with banks and internal departments to resolve any payment or banking issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance Operations, specifically in payments and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good verbal communication skill.
- Willing to be full Work From Office (WFO) at Head Office Travelio (Haji Nawi, South Jakarta).
