We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented PPIC Staff to join our dynamic team in the cosmetics manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor production schedules based on sales forecasts, orders, and material availability.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QC teams to ensure production plans are executed smoothly.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Prepare and update Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to support production needs.
- Track and report stock movement, material usage, and production realization accurately.
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems and generate weekly/monthly PPIC reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production or supply delays.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a PPIC Staff / Production Planner / Supply Chain Staff, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing companies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or PPIC software systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
