We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented PPIC Staff to join our dynamic team in the cosmetics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor production schedules based on sales forecasts, orders, and material availability.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and QC teams to ensure production plans are executed smoothly.
Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Prepare and update Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to support production needs.
Track and report stock movement, material usage, and production realization accurately.
Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems and generate weekly/monthly PPIC reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production or supply delays.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience as a PPIC Staff / Production Planner / Supply Chain Staff, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing companies.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or PPIC software systems.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
