- Perform troubleshooting, escalation, monitoring, review, and regular reporting on all IT service incidents and requests.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or Computer Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Preferably with experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Able to perform data analysis and create reports
