Role Description
We are hiring a Finance Manager (Tax and Controller) for a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, tax compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting processes. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local taxation regulations, managing financial performance, preparing reports, and contributing to decision-making processes by providing relevant financial insights. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the company's financial health and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management skills, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance, with the ability to manage audits and liaise with tax authorities
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in developing financial insights for informed decision-making
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheets
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders effectively
- Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- Experience in the IT sector or similar industries will be considered an advantage
