Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Supervisor, located in Kecamatan Balaraja. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site supervision, conducting site inspections, managing facilities, and overseeing plumbing and building maintenance. The supervisor will ensure that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Site Supervision and conducting Site Inspections
- Facility Management (FM) and building maintenance skills
- Knowledge of MEP systems
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Kecamatan Balaraja
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is a plus
- Experience working in real estate or related fields is a plus
